Is it clear that the 'they' refers to Tanis, Flint, and Tas? Tanis and Flint befriended the kender Tas Burrfoot in 332 AC, and over the next several years they met the Solamnic Knight-to-be Sturm Brightblade, the warrior-woman Kitiara Uth Matar, and the twin brothers Caramon and Raistlin Majere.
