Subject and conjunction

I'd like to ask you about the priority in writing subjects when they come as more than 2 with conjunction.
As a subject part, Which is correct

1 Jean and you or You and Jean?
2 She and they or they and she?
3 He and you or you and he?

None of the above seems familiar,
but please help me with this.

To me, the following seem most natural:

"You and Jean ..."

"She and they ..."

I don't seem to have a preference for #3.
