They will pay the money as soon as the goods are delivered.
They will pay the money as soon as the goods will be delivered.

I know that the second sentenc is allright, but I'm not shure about the first one.

Tenses are hard.

In this case, you have to think about yourself as being in the future, and the goods are delivered then. It's at this future point that you make the payment.
