Sub + semi modal + verb + adjective

Please teachers, teach me with the following sentences;

(1)
You have to be enriched.
I have to be succeeded.
You need to get retired.

Are the above sentences correct?
(2)
You have to enrich.
You have to enrich yourself.
You need to retire.

Are these correct?

If they are correct, What is difference between them?

3. You need to get retired. Barely passable. The correct version is "You need to retire."
