Sub: Request for annual Air Ticket

Dear HR,

I am Mr. Xyz - Tender coordinator from Tender Dept would like to draw your attention to that, I have 30 days of approved annual leave from 15/04/21 to 14/04/31. I have entitled a single yearly return ticket to my home town.

Sir, I’m coming from a small city in India, there is no direct flight to my destination except 2 via routes one is (AUH-MUM-BBI) and 2nd one is (AUH-DEL-BBI) operated by India’s national carrier Air India, these two routes are convenient for me to reach my hometown.

I hope you will understand my situation and I request your kind approval for one of the above-mentioned routes to buy a ticket.

Attached please find 2 different quotations for both routes fair from different travel agents for your review & understand.

Thank you

Your sincerely

Dear sir/madam,

Kindly check the above draft letter and suggested your best corrections. Thank you in advance.
