IskanderThe catchphrase in question, which comes from the Forrest Gump movie, is a bit too obscure for my comprehension. I would estimate its meaning to fit along the lines ofThat's right. Note that it is a variant of a more common saying
"One is stupid exactly to the extent that one acts stupid",
but I'm just not sure.
