"stuff" or "stuffs"

Does this word have plural form?

1." there are a lot of stuff/(s)" "is this your stuff/(s)"?

2. " this kind of stuff/(s) just annyoying me"

Can you explain the usage of this word to me?

4. What is the difference meaning and usage of the words." bless", "wish" and "regards"?

Which one is correct? " Pass/convey my blessing to him"

" Pass/convey my wish to him"
