stuff or stuffs

My English teacher said "stuff" is uncountable. I am just wondering if it can be countable, because I saw the word "foodstuffs" in an article.

I would say that 'foodstuffs' is fine. The plural form of a compound noun doesn't necessarily reflect the plural forms (or countable aspects) of its components.
