Respected Sir,
Respectfully stated that I have been granted Ph. D scholarship from DAAD Germany in cooperation with the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) - HRDI - UESTP's / UET's - Faculty Training to pursue higher education (Ph. D) at Aachen University, Germany for the period of FOUR Years 2018-22.
Currently, I am working as lecturer in the department of Computer Science and IT on adhoc basis (Contract of one year).
In view of the above, I request you to grant me study leave for the period of Four Year from the date of my relieving, please. I will abide all the rules and regulations of KFUEIT.
