Ref: Application for short leave.
Dear Sir,
I am forwarding my application for leave of absence from work for 15 days. As you are aware that I applied at Jinnah Medical and Dental College for my BDS. The entry exam is going to be held in Pakistan on 24th September,2010. So I had to Saudi Arabia for Pakistan on 21st September,2010.
I request you to kindly grant me a short leave of 15 days and pay me my dues before I leave. I am expecting to resume my job from (date).
Honestly it is wonderful working with you and getting to learn your valuable work experience. I am thankful to you for all your support and looking for it in future as well.
