hey,, which one is correct??
he studies in stage three at University
or
he studies at stage three at university
??

I'm not sure if, by stages, you mean Batchelors, Masters, and PhD? I would think you wouldn't then refer to them as stages but levels/degrees. Even then, "He studies Physics," makes sense.
