Study in abroad

I would like to study in abroad, but I know english is the primary and important language in abroad. I approach Oversease Educational Consultants in chenna to get guidance for applying universities. They told me that I have to take a test like TOEFL and IELTS to get admission. Please give some practice to get high score in those tests.
