Vocabulary

studies in/of

Hi, could you please help me with this sentence?

‘Exercise-induced changes in the blood glucose concentration were confirmed in several studies in/on dogs, horses and other mammalian species.'

I am totally confused which one I should use here. Thx!

Hi, 'In' is not correct. 'On' is OK, although I might say 'of'. Clive
