Stryker saw

I guess this is a saw for cutting bones. But, is it only used by surgeons (for medical purposes) or can it be found in the meat industry, too?

Thank you very much

A bit of googling shows its use is primarily in surgeries and autopsies. From pictures of it, the Stryker saw doesn't seem brutal enough for assembly-line butchery of animal carcasses.

Yes, from all my Kay Scarpetta (P. Cornwell) readings, I confirm that it is a very fine saw, unlikely to be used in slaughter houses or such.
