struggling with letter H

hello sir! If i want to prounounce the word heat it come as eat and similarly his as is,heart as art.........can u tell me what is my problem?

Form the vowel silently first by placing your mouth in the correct position for that vowel. It doesn't matter which vowel. "ee", "ay", "oo", whatever.
