Structure Of "United States Of Smash"

A game character performed one of lethal moves, shouting "United states of smash!"

In the noun phrase United states of smash, I reckon that "smash" is the head noun and "United state of" is a determiner phrase. In the determiner phrase United states of, "united" is a predeterminer and "states" is a central determiner and 'of' is a post-determiner. Would you tell me If I'm wrong or not?

Yes, you are wrong. I'd say that "states" is the head, with "united" as its modifier, and "of smash" a PP functioning as complement in which "of" is head with "smash" as its complement.
