Hi~ In a sentence underlined below, I'm confused of the structure, esp. the red part.
Is it "my focus on developing the skill sets of the teachers and (developing) microanalysis of the data"
or "my focus on developing the skill sets of the teachers and (my focus on) microanalysis of the data"?
Which one sounds reasonable?
Thanks for your comments~.

In my second year, I continued to refine my focus on developing the
skill sets of the teachers and microanalysis of the data. Test scores continued
to make modest improvement, but overall performance was still
among the lowest in the school district of 130,000 students. By the spring
of my second year, things began to crystallize for me. My problem was that
I was trying to fix everything. To quote my grandfather, I became “a jack
of all trades and a master of none.” If we were going to experience comprehensive
school improvement, we really needed to simplify things and
focus on being great at one thing. Reading! Our students could not read
well—this would be our primary focus.
anonymous I'm confused by the structure, anonymous or "my focus on developing the skill sets of the teachers and (my focus on) microanalysis of the data"? I think this is the intended meaning.
