Structure

Hi.
Is 'structure' used correctly in:
The similarity between the predominant mentality, views, and beliefs of the different classes and what is apparent in the paintings and also the Qajar society, as well as the attempt by the artist to represent exactly with was present in the sociocultural structure of this period, all are suggestive of a kind of social continuity that arise from the heart of the daily experiences of the people.

?Thanks in advance

"structure" appears to be correct. I suppose "with was present" should be "what was present"? "arise" should be "arose".
