Strong words to describe situation

Hi,

I am writing a complaint letter about about co-worker.

I need 2 strong words to describe 2 actions which are:

1. He was making fun of me when I was doing my work

eg: " Look! She doesnt know how to do it, correctly"

" Hey, Kevina, she is really slow ey?"

2. He glared at me, not shout but said with a aggressive voice:

eg: " I dont like the way to talk... I am the boss"

Please help as he thinks that a young girl who just started working for 3 weeks like me can be bullied easily as same as other girls.

Thks,

Ng.
