Strong refusal of a command

Hi, teacher I want to know how to make a strong refusal for a command.

A:Don't eat my chicken !

B: (I want to eat it !.)

I want to know the examples for B above. I don't mind whether some of them sound rude or not here.

Couldn't 'No !'' be an option here ? I know No would be grammatically incorrect but it sounds very suitable to me.
