Strong letter to the bank manager

I would like to write a strong wording of a letter to the bank manager in India, where I have balance amount and I want to transfer back to Canada. They are giving hard time for closing the account, and asking so many formalities before they can even start processing the application. There are two accounts and both are in the name of my wife. My wife had an attack of paralysis on the right side and she is unable to use her right side. Therefore her signatures are different than what she had earlier in the bank, because those signatures were with right hand. Now they are asking for her to go to the Indian High commissioner's office and sign in front of an official there. Due to her medical condition I can get a lawyer at home and can get he signatures authenticated by a lawyer. But they do not agree. So I want to write a letter which will put their thoughts in line. Please help me.......
