Strong in fruit

How would a native speaker phrase the following?

I don’t like it when my water is too strong lime flavor. Please don’t put too much lime cordial.

Can a cake be strong in fruit? Is that natural?

This cake is strong on strawberries.
This cake is strong in strawberries.
This cake is strong on strawberry flavor.
This cake is strong in strawberry flavor.

Is in the way correct also?

I couldn't taste much in the way of raspberry (flavor).
This cake doesn't have much in the way of strawberry {flavor}
