Strong he

Hi, everyone?

How about, instead of "she is happy", using "happy she" like "happy boy"?

Instead of "I am strong", using "strong I"..

Are these expressions allowed?

If they are not allowed, at least, are they understandable?

Example 1:

She, who is happy, is thinking about her future with him. --->

Happy she is thinking about her future with him.

Example 2:

He who is strong, wants to fight the champion. --->

Strong he wants fight the champion.
