Strip OFF one's gym clothes or Strip OUT OF one's gym clothes

Is it "to strip off one's (gym) clothes" or "to strip out of one's (gym) clothes"?

Thank you

'strip out of' does not exist in English with that meaning. Use 'strip off' or 'take off'. 'strip off' is very casual, almost slang.
