Strike out, cross out and score out

Hi

One of my Idiom Dictionaries has this question at the end (and unfortunately there is no answer key.)

Find five idioms/phrases which mean “to remove something by drawing a line through it”.

I was able to find three: strike out; cross out; score out

Could you please help with the rest?

Thanks,

Tom

"scratch out" is another. "scribble out" came to mind, but that's lots of lines.
