Strict to/w

Should it be:

I'll be strict with you or I'll be strict to you. And

He's strict to our kids or He's strict with our kids.

Are they interchangeable?

Are to and with usually interchangeable or there's still a difference between the two prepositions.

I would say "strict with " (or perhaps "strict towards"). To me, "strict to" does not sound completely impossible but it doesn't feel natural.

"with" can mean lots of things! Here the sense is something like 2b at : "used as a function word to indicate the object of attention, behavior, or feeling"
