Get up 15 minutes earlier. Prepare for the morning the night before. Don’t rely on your memory…write things down. Repair things that don’t work properly. Make duplicate keys. Say “no” more often. Set priorities in your life. Avoid negative people. Be prepared for rain. Smile more. Always make copies of important papers. Ask for help with jobs you dislike.
I'm not sure I like "avoid negative people." But then again, maybe that's because I am a negative person... Also, why avoid tight clothes? They're so much fun!
Oh right, must suck for males. I myself like tight clothes. Well, not ****** tight, but not really loose, either. Loose clothes look bad (on me, anyway), and looking bad in public is a stressful thing, yes?

Make friends. Look out of the window. Listen to Verdi. Go shopping. Read a poem. Write a poem. Learn from others’ mistakes. Look at a baby. Think about an immense plateful of seafood pizza. Drive a Porsche. Paint ( Chivu, AS Roma). Make love officially. Take aerobic classes with loud music. Eat a huge yellow pear. Drink a glass
