Stress in "I'm on my way to the mall."

Hello, here is the context:

Person A: What’s new with you?
Person B: Nothing much. I’m on my way to the mall. I need some time off!

I know that usually content words are stressed, and stress can be shifted when special emphasis is needed.

I just want to be sure, in the phrase "I'm on my way to the mall" the words that should be stressed are "WAY" and "MALL". Am I right? I'm not sure about the preposition "on", but as far as I know the preposition is a function word and as long as special emphasis is not needed it remains unstressed.
