You know recently we came up with different ideas that maybe word stress changes during the informal speaking or not, and I just remembered to mention it on this forum in order to make sure which one is correct.
According to what you said it is possible. For example the word "Emphasize" has its own formal stress which has been mentioned in related books,

Ah. You are speaking of single words, then, not sentence stress

In that case I will have to change my opinion and advise you that single words do not usually or normally change their accented syllables in conversation from that indicated in reputable dictionaries. An exception could p
