Street noise letter. Please review. Thank you

Work is being done on the street where you live. The noise is disturbing you. Write a letter of complaint to your local council. In your letter:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am the resident of Paradise Street, Bombay and writing this letter to complain about the construction work which started yesterday.

My name is Naresh Kumar, and I have been living here since 2010. I am a student of engineering science and will be completing my graduation this year. We have never complained about anything here.

However, your administration team started the construction work on our street and the main problem is its loud noise. Moreover, they continue to work till late nights. Sometimes the noise becomes so loud that we cannot even hear each other at our home. I have an exam on this Friday, and I am unable to study due to this.

May I request you to instruct your team to carry out work during the daytime instead of nights? The reason is I usually study in nights after coming back from the tuition. I fear that I may fail the exam if they do not stop this work.
