"strategy review" vs "strategies review"

I have a question, can you please helps me? In class today my teacher made a list of strategies we can use for learning, but he called the activity a "strategy review". Would not "strategies review" be better since there were many strategies listed? Can someone please explain me the reason?

Thanks you!
