Strategies to help improve or to improve...

I was just wondering if the following sentence was correct: "There are four strategies to improve your English."

Something doesn't seem right but I may be wrong!

I was thinking that it has to be "There are four strategies to help you improve your English."

That is OK, too. Or '...four strategies for improving...'.
