I would like to know if the following sentence is grammatically correct:
"You have to be strategic, strong and reliable."
I know that strong and reliable are used correctly. What about strategic?

Sure, why not? But what does it mean for a person to be strategic? There are probably better ways of saying whatever it is you're trying to say.

Grammatically, it works. Any adjective will work. But not all adjectives, like strategic, will be appropriate.
"You have to be decisive, strong and reliable."
"You have to be diplomatic, strong and reliable."
"You have to be assertive, strong and reliable."
