I think this is fine.

When one is drunk one can't walk straight.

Also this sounds ok to me: When one is drunk, one can't walk on a straight line.

You can use all of them except "straightly".

Actually "straightly" is an adverb, but is rarely used and is not used in a sentence like yours. "staight" is used as the adverb in your sentence.
