Please help me to correct below paragraph...
THE BOY AND THE GIRL
The boy thought he was duped by her girlfriend. On last Thursday, she told him that she went to her grandmother’s home, but letter on he found that she actually visited her school time friend. He was waiting earnestly for her call on last Friday night. When she did not call, he went to her home. Her mother told him that she went outside with her friend. He was very upset for her behavior and thought to break relationship with her. He had no guts to talk with her on this matter so he thought to lie her. He told her that he was planning to embark on a new career as Asst. Professor and for that he had to left town forever. He also told that he did not want to lose this opportunity. She believed whatever he said and promised him that she would not become hurdle in his career. Finally, she left him forever.
