Story

I am writing a short story and I love to know if my grammar, phrases, paragraph are well composed.

Thank you for your help! Emotion: wink

- “So, you know him” Frank giggled very interested on what Casey was saying.

- “Yes!” she said while looking into her purse. “This is his email if you want to talk with him”

Frank was surprised. he couldn’t believed that the world could have been so small that it kept bringing friends together now and then, but it doesn't spare enemies either.

- “No, I think is much better if you introduce me to him” Frank said while he was trying to hide his joy.

- “Ok! That’s fine!” Casey agreed “Actually, we are going to meet this Friday at The Pinetree. Why don’t you come with me?”

- “No. Let’s do it as if surprisingly we met” Frank insisted while he was already planning the way it was going to be.

That Friday night at The Pinetree, Frank met Damian, who was going to be the link to his target. Frank carefully wanted Damian to get interested on him, but he didn’t want to play all his cards. For that reason, Frank just had a little conversation with Casey and his “new friend”. They exchanged phone numbers and Frank left early The Pinetree.

Damian got very interested on Frank and he could not wait to talk about him with his friends.

- “Frank!” Robert enthusiastically said.

Damian curiously looked at Robert. He couldn’t explain why Robert got so excited when he heard that name. So, Damian restlessly asked:

- “Do you know him?”

- “No. Well, maybe” Robert doubly said “Do you have a photo?”

- “He has one on twitter” Damien said.

Robert was right. He knew Frank, the guy who was in love with him, but the one never understood why his love could not have been reciprocated. Robert wanted clear his feelings, but he missed Frank.

Once again, Robert tried to contact Frank. However, he never answered. Robert knew that Frank was disappointed with him, since Frank figured out he was playing with his feelings. Then, one night when Frank and Damian were going to meet in Palace Restaurant, he surprisingly appeared.

- “Hey Damian! What a coincidence” Robert giggled “I’m here with Anna”

- “Really? Is Anna here?” Damian asked.

- “Yes! She wanted to smoke before coming in” Robert answered.

- “I want to see here. Do you mind Frank?” Damian asked while he was standing up.

- “No. That’s fine” Frank shuddered. He was waiting for a moment like that, but he didn’t know it was going to happen so fast.

Alone in the VIP room at the Palace Restaurant, Robert looked into Frank eyes and shyly smiled. Frank couldn’t believe what was happening. He had planned that moment and he was ready to act.

- “Now what?” Frank asked sulkily “What do you want?”

- “I just wanted to say ‘hi’ that’s all, what’s wrong?” Robert asked.

- “Listen Robert. I am so tired of you and this situation with you. I’m done with you. Let’s put it in this way. In the first scene, you are drowning. In the second scene, I have a float in my hands. Finally, I sit on the float and watched you die. I didn’t do anything to save you. Look, I don’t want to be your friend, nor your lover, nor the ugliest thought you can ever have” Frank rejoiced. He felt great happiness when those words came out from his mouth.

- “Are you serious of what you are saying?” Robert astonishingly asked. However, Frank never answered, instead, he coldly stared at Robert. “Can we just talk without problems” Robert continued “Believe me! It is going to be much easier. I’m not asking for anything but a normal friendship. Just a friendship! I don’t even know why you left me last time. What’s wrong? When are you gonna get over it?” He stopped waiting for an answer, but as Frank didn’t pronounce a word, he said “You know what? I am sorry. I am so sorry. I truly apologize. This is the last time I bother you. Don’t worry. You will never know about me”.

Finally, Frank heard the words that he was waiting for. The last phrase that Robert said were like glory for Frank.
