Stopped to help / his car to help

Can I say,

(a) Peter fell off the horse. A man stopped to help (him).

(b) Peter fell off the horse. A man stopped his car to help when he saw the incident / when he saw what (had) happened to Peter.

(c) The man stopped (his car) and got off his car (to help Peter).
