Stolen lights

Hi,
some time ago, we prepared a stand design for a customer but then this project wasn´t approved and we did not cooperate.
Last week we realized that this customer took (stole) some ideas from our project and reused them in a new design received from a different company.
Precisely, they used the same kind of lights present on our original design.

Please can some teacher suggest the most suitable subject for the mail that I will be writing to this customer? I guess "stole lights" is stupid?! Emotion: crying

Thank you very much for your help

"Copyright infringement" If you live in the US, that's illegal. I don't know about elsewhere.

Hi,
thank you for the reply.

Yes, here it´s illegal as well, so that´s why I need to write this e-mail to my customer. Thank you for the suggestion, "Copyright infringement" didn´t come to mind
