Stock/supplies

In a grocery store: We are running out of that product, but there's new [stock/supplies] coming tomorrow.

I'm confused about which of the words should be used. Maybe neither? Is there a better word?

Thanks

You can have both. I would naturally choose "stock", perhaps because these are the supplies of products for sale to customers - not all supplies. " Kind regards, Michael
