My mother 7 upper teeth has broken in front of mouth so she need to stitch duplicate teeth soon.

My mother didn't broke her tooth, they fell itself. Maybe because her gum became loose.

How to say that?

Maybe, "My mother 7 upp

We would just say "My mother has lost seven upper teeth...."

As to stitching teeth, it would sound as if she is sewing new teeth to put in. I would forget it as a phrase immediately

I suppose a dentist might sometimes stitch up the gum, after removing a tooth.

Very difficult to stitch teeth together, though. (Except hens' teeth.)
