Hi

Would you say that all of these verbs work well with creativity? Any other suggestions?

[Principal to teachers]

It's our job to stir our students' creativity. We must ensure that all our students participate in this competition.

They are all possible, but 'enhance' seems the best choice among your suggestions. See Clive's suggestions for even better ones, in my opinion.
