Still/yet

Which is correct:

1-You weren't doing your work properly half an hour ago when I looked and you still are not doing your work properly.

2-You weren't doing your work properly half an hour ago when I looked and you are not doing your work properly yet.

3-You weren't doing your work properly half an hour ago when I looked and you are not doing your work properly still.

It seems to me that the first one conveys better the idea that something has been going on. I don't think 2 is necessarily wrong though,

... and you are still not doing your work properly. (Note the word order.)
... and you are not doing your work properly yet.

This has such unidiomatic word order that I would consider it unacceptable.

... and you are not doing your work properly still.
