Still yet

Is the usage of "still yet" in the following sentence proper, or is it redundant?


"Oh, yes we see this as still yet being accomplished..."

any other suggestions?

This seems to confuse two idioms:

1. This is still being accomplished.
2. This is still to be accomplished.

If #1 is intended, the 'yet' is redundant. If #2 is intended, there is a possible context:

3. Oh yes, we see this as still 'yet to be accomplished'.

i.e. 'this' has been classified as 'yet to be accomplished' for some while,
