Are these lines natural, especially the bold parts?

The manager was upset for the fact that when he entered the office today, the domestic staff was still doing the cleaning. One of his instructions is cleaning be finished before he comes to the office.

A- Where's the maid?
B- She's upstairs doing the cleaning.
