Stick to/with

Hello there,

Can you help me with these phrasal verbs? Can they be used interchangeably or what is the difference between them?

- It is better stick with OR to your English name
- Stick to the diet. (can i use only "to" in this case?)

- "in-house experience" can it be used in hospitals or other organizations, except companies?

Thanks.
