Is this an idiom? Is it natural?
I always stick to my word.

Or should one say:

I always keep my word.

Because one does not literally ‘stick’ to something, it is idiomatic and quite natural to use these expressions (or claims):
“I always keep my word.” It shows integrity and reliability.
“I always stick (or adhere) to my daily routine.” It shows predictability.
