sth of different types VS different types of sth

Are "books of different types" and "different types of books" equivalent? Most of the time i heard and saw is different types of [object], so i want to know if those two are the same. Thanks.

Thanks for your answer. I have got a further question. When I try to search "books of different types" on google, it gave me results of "different types of books" instead. Is it the situation that google try to offer the most popular results based on searches from other users, or "books of different types" is informal so people tends to say "different types of books"?
