Sth is in my home? at my home?

Hi.
I'm currently living a country where the first language is not English and...i've studied english translation and interpretation in college.

But still, using article is killing me.

Here's a question.

I would like to express that "A watch is in my home".

A watch is in my home. [in/home]
A watch is at my home. [at/home]
A watch is in my house. [in/house]
A watch is at my house. [at/house]

Thank you for your help!!!!
