- What does this sentence mean?
* They don’t conclude deals for the worsened bearish market sentiment in the region
- Please explain to me the meaning of " for the worsened bearish market sentiment".
* The Chinese are not able to close all their deals because of insufficient availability of HRC below 2mm thick
- This means " The chinese can't close all their deals because they can't buy enough HRC below 2mm thick", right?
* The prices have also come off slightly to about usd30.
- What does " come off " mean?
