You posted this thread which was answered a few days ago. I gave you a rundown on each sentence. The only one that makes any sense is #1. # 3 is

They are all grammatical in a suitable context. However, #3 is very unlikely to occur. Using by me as the agent of a passive structure is not common and may sound unnatural to many. There are some instances of by me, by you, by him etc. in real life even though people usually avoid them.
